CHAS. SELIGMAN DIST. CO. is a wholesaler and distributor for Anheuser-Busch, Inc.; as well as a full-service beverage distributor, distributing the highest quality beer and other brands of high-quality beverage products. We are located in Walton KY and proudly serve over 12 counties spread across Northern, Central and Western Kentucky. We currently have an immediate opening for a PART TIME ADMIN/CLERICAL REPRESENTATIVE.
Hours: Monday - Friday 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Possible extra hours during vacation fill-in or holiday weeks
Duties will include:
· Processing Route Driver’s end of day paperwork/payments
· Review daily reports for accuracy
· Invoice filing
· Answer incoming calls
- Miscellaneous Clerical Duties
Qualifications:
· Detail oriented
· Computer literate (including Excel)
· Self-motivated and self-starter
· Ability to multitask
· Must have the ability to understand written and spoken English
· Must be drug free and be able to pass pre-employment and random drug tests
