Responsibilities:
1) Possess a general understanding of Accounting and previous data entry experience into QuickBooks Online accounting system.
2) Oversee defective products return and ensure corresponding credits are received.
3) Assist Owner and Center Manager with Administrative Duties.
Skills and Qualifications:
1) Experience, 5 – 10 years as an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager, preferably in the automotive repair industry.
2) Experience with a Point-of-Sales (POS) System.
3) Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
4) Experience with Microsoft EXCEL & Word.
5) High School diploma or equivalent.
6) Valid driver’s license.
7) Experience working with multi-function printers, including the ability to scan documents and send them as an email attachment.
Preferred Qualifications
1) Types at least 65 words per minute.
2) Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or Small Office Manager.
Compensation
1) Based on experience.
2) Paid weekly
3) 4- 5 hours per day
