Local Self Storage Facility in Golf Manor (Cincinnati OH) area seeking part-time Assistant Manager. 3-4 Days per week with no evenings. Assistant Manager will live in a two (2) bedroom apartment on site. Must be able to complete customer service tasks, sales, and office duties with excellent phone manners. Must complete minimal computer tasks, handle daily rental transactions, and complete some light maintenance like sweeping, minor lawn work, and clean-up chores.
