Qualifications:
Strong project management skills, including planning and coordination
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in budget management and cost estimation
Strong, verbal and written communication skills
Experience and commercial construction is advantageous
Job site safety is high priority and firsthand knowledge of safety practices are a must
Must be able to do screen takeoffs, as well as using quick bid
