We’re looking for a reliable, organized assistant to help coordinate consultation calls, contractor scheduling, and client communications for our Christmas light installation service
Responsibilities:
Schedule client consultations and installation appointments
Communicate with contractors and update availability calendars
Keep notes organized in Google Sheets or CRM tools
Follow up with customers for confirmations and updates
Requirements:
Fluent in English, good communication skills
Basic computer and Google Workspace knowledge
Professional attitude and attention to detail
Pay: $10 - 12/hr (10–20 hours weekly, remote work possible)
Start: Immediate — training provided
