I have an immediate permanent need for a full time apartment-maintenance-repair-turnover person.
I am not interested in a "crew" it doesn't work well in this situation.

The easy parts:
The assumption here is that if you are interested in this job, then you have a standard skill set for apartment maintenance and repairs. We also emphasize plumbing related repairs. Also looking for you to regularly paint.
The hard parts:
You must have reliable transportation, dependable, able to show up, and stick to a schedule.
You must able to competently answer your phone and use a couple of apps to track work.
You must have a cooperative demeanor with the owner, tenants, other employees and vendors.
You must be drama free, and drug free.
