Immediate help needed turning several apartment units.
This would be part of a small team, already in place to do to apartment turn-over related tasks:
May include:
Trash outs of units (if needed).
Wall/ceiling repair.
Pre-cleaning/paint prep.
Top to bottom painting of units.
Small repairs, such as plumbing, replacing faucets, etc.
Someone who can self start, and maintain a competent/honest work pace.
Must have reliable transportation, be drug free, and have minimal personal drama.
