Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced contractor to assist with rental turnovers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance and renovations, demonstrating the ability to manage various tasks efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
Conduct thorough inspections of rental units to identify necessary repairs and improvements.
Coordinate and complete painting, cleaning, and landscaping tasks as needed.
Communicate effectively with property management and address any tenant concerns.
Maintain a high standard of quality and efficiency while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of building systems and repair techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must have reliable truck and tools required for the job.
