Seasonal Job
What you’ll do (≈ 10-15 hrs / week, flexible)
Unbox and assemble beds, desks, dressers, lamps, etc.
Help set up Wi-Fi router/extenders and smart-home gear (Nest, keyless lock).
Arrange décor, light cleaning / staging for photos.
Lead short house tours for prospective renters and answer basic questions.
Tours pay a minimum of $15 per showing, plus
$100 referral bonus for every renter who signs a lease after your tour.
Ideal candidate
Lives within easy walk/bike of Xavier University.
Handy with basic tools and Allen-key furniture builds.
Friendly, punctual, and confident talking to fellow students / young professionals.
Can lift 40 lbs and occasionally pick up local orders (car or rideshare ok).
Pay & perks
$18 / hr for setup/assembly tasks—paid weekly via Venmo or PayPal.
$20 minimum per tour + $100 bonus when your guest rents a room.
Flexible hours (mornings/afternoons/evenings).
Free pizza/coffee on big-assembly days.
