We are looking for a Property Manager to be responsible for the day to day operations of our residential affordable site. This individual would be responsible for, but not limited to, supervising the office and maintenance staff, as well as, ensuring compliance with applicable agencies, maintaining tenant paperwork (including applications, leases, verifications, etc.), collect rent, AP/AR, handling tenant relations, budgets/reporting and financial analysis.
Must have experience with affordable housing
Must have budgeting and reporting experience
Must have experience in property management
