Responsibilities:
Manage Guard Scheduling and coordination of security guards.
Oversee applicants and hiring process of new security guards
Handle administrative tasks, including maintaining records and reports.
Collaborate with management and other team members to streamline operations.
Provide leadership and guidance to security personnel during shifts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a 1st Shift Head Security Guard, including scheduling and coordinating staff.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients professionally.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
