What the job duties are:
-Answering Incoming calls with Great Customer Service Skills
-Conduct Interviews with new possible hires
-Managing Security Guard Staff (400 employees)
-Welcome all visitors professionally
-Security Guard Staff Scheduling
-Our vehicle inspections daily
-Inventory on our uniforms
-Answering emails and replying to applicants and employees
-Calling Applicants on the phone to come in for interviews(every day)
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:30pm)
Monday: 8:00am-4:30pm
Tuesday: 8:00am-4:30pm
Wednesday: 8:00am-4:30pm
Thursday: 8:00am-4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am-2:00pm
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: OFF
