Job description
We are seeking an Appointment Setter/Inside Sales Rep to join our team! You will be responsible for calling local businesses to offer a proposal for commercial cleaning services. The schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday from 9am-3pm. This is not a remote position. You must commute to our office in Blue Ash.
Responsibilities:
Provide information about our services
Call cold and warm leads to set appointments for our Sales Reps
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
​Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields required
Previous appointment setting experience preferred
Previous knowledge of Salesforce CRM preferred
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will also receive a commission based on the 1st month billing of any sale resulting from your set appointment.
