Seeking Outside Sales Reps willing to run 2 - 3 pre-scheduled appointments a day within 2 hours from their home. NO Cold-Calling or Self Generating Leads!
Must have commission based sales experience (even if it's only 1 job you had in the past, you don't need to be a sales guru, we will train you on our sales process during a 3 day in person training class)
2023 was a great year for our company and we're looking for a few new sales pros from your area to make 2024 even better! My name is John Sieja and I am an Independent Recruiting Agent for a great company with an exciting opportunity for 10 new sales pros to start in our next training class, then immediately begin running appointments and earning great commission.
Thousands of customers are calling every day after they've seen our nationwide commercials on major television channels asking us to send sales representatives to their home when they're ready to buy one of our above-ground pools. But before we do that, we pre-approve all of our customer's credit before we agree to send you to their homes. You will never run a more qualified appointment. Our customers are already pre-approved for a loan and are ready to buy today! Also, we're going to pay you $25 for every appointment you run and successfully complete the 90-minute product presentationthis will cover gas and then some.

Our lead generation department works hard to provide you with at least 2-3 credit pre-approved appointments every day and if you're just an average closer (which is ok), you'll close at least 40-50% of every appointment you run That's 4-6 sales per week times an average commission of $600-$800.00 PER SALE plus bonuses, that's at least $2,500-3,500.00 PER WEEK
Work 6 days a week including Saturday & Sunday.you choose which weekday you want off or hey work 7 days and earn that extra . Since this position is Seasonal, we want to hire people willing and ready to work Full Time 6 days a week March - August.
We are also hiring ROAD WARRIORS who are willing to travel 3-4 weeks at a time outside of their local market. You will be paid $700/week per diem (for lodging/food) + gas reimbursement to get to the area + Normal Commission.
