Job Overview:
At Gotham Soccer League LLC, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as one of our Player Relations Coordinators. This role will play a vital role in each of our customers journey from start to finish. This position will work out of our Cincinnati office.
Customer Relationship Management:
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and concerns and provide new opportunities and procedures to better the Gotham Soccer product.
Sales Responsibilities:
Maintain a structured sales pipeline to track and manage leads at every stage of the sales process.
Analyze the pipeline to identify bottlenecks, optimize sales strategies, and maximize conversion rates.
Develop and implement effective inbound lead generation strategies to efficiently and effectively manage all leads.
Follow up with leads promptly and engage in consultative selling to convert them into paid customers.
Collaborate with city operations team members to ensure current customers are aware of the registration timeline.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop effective goals and strategies.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Create and execute engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Collaborate with teammates on social media campaigns, announcements, etc.
Requirements:
This position is expected to work five days a week in the office, located in Cincinnati, OH.
Legal resident of the United States with the proper work eligibility.

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive annual salary based on experience with a minimum of $40,000 plus performance incentives, paid on a bi-weekly basis.
