Position Overview

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and helping us expand into new properties and accounts. This is a field-based role with regular client visits, site walk-throughs, and in-person presentations.

You’ll be given tools, support, and structure — but you must bring the drive, discipline, and hustle.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prospecting & Lead Generation

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with apartment complexes, property management companies, commercial sites, HOAs, plazas, and small/medium businesses.

Make outbound calls, send emails, and use LinkedIn / in-person networking to book appointments.

Follow up on warm leads provided by the company and convert them into signed contracts.

Client Meetings & Presentations

Conduct on-site meetings and walk-throughs with property managers, owners, and decision-makers.

Explain our services clearly: patrols, stationary officers, special operations, custom security solutions, etc.

Prepare and present professional proposals and quotes (templates and training provided).

Relationship Management

Maintain ongoing communication with current clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

Check in with key accounts regularly to head off issues and protect the relationship.

Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and consistency.

Sales Execution & Reporting

Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and deals in our CRM or tracking system.

Provide regular updates and feedback to leadership on market trends and client needs.

Required:

Proven sales experience (B2B strongly preferred).

Self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision.

Highly self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong work ethic.

Strong communication skills – in person, on the phone, and by email.

Comfortable meeting with property managers, business owners, and decision-makers.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Must be able to provide a current, professional resume.

Basic computer skills (email, documents, CRM or willingness to learn quickly).
