Roles & Responsibilities
• Design and Implement Test Suites
• Impact analysis to existing Test Cases and revise the design as per the need
• Creating Test Data for all the modules
• Test case reviews and Quality Center/Version One maintenance
• Work with external teams for integrations
• Collaborate with external teams for data requirements and cross team functionality testing
• To work on Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning/grooming/Scrum/Retro/Review)
• Drive in sprint Automation and DevOps integrations
• Automation of standard test suites/test cases
• Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation
• Gather and present testing metrics and testing activities for the projects to key stakeholders
• Provide guidance and direction to Agile Squad to implement best practices and techniques that achieve in-sprint automation and continuous testing.
• Drive practices within your Agile Squad to focus on Quality throughout the sprint, as opposed to at the end of the sprint.
• Reinforce with your squad that Quality is the entire team’s responsibility, and not just the SDET or Quality Engineer.
Skills Required
Experience & Skills
• Minimum 3 years IT experience in Development projects
• Minimum 2+ years in Robotic Process Automation projects using UiPath
• Banking Domain Knowledge
• Knowledge of integration with web rest services
• Analytical skills, problem solving skills
• Experience working in Agile framework
• Excellent communication skills, learning oriented, consensus building
