Work you'll do

Kroger is currently implementing Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) v16 to modernize their systems with an objective to provide Kroger with technologies and processes that will form parts of solution to improve Kroger's customer experience by greatly improving store in-stock positions, providing more flexibility in cross divisional supply, improving invoice matching rates, while enhancing the quality of the core data systems to drive merchandising decisions.

The deployment of Oracle RMS into production is planned in three releases. The first and second releases are already live in production.

• Monitor Batch Failures issues to make sure inbound sales are flowing as expected
• Work with RASC for the Line/GL mapping and support Configure STG/Address Regression testing issues and support QA Testing and perform Application Configuration
• Work and follow up with different upstream which are interfacing data to ReSA on a day-to-day basis for any failed/late sales (EPRN/EDW/KLOG/POS/epos/CIAO/Check out 2.0/CAPER/OCADO etc.,)
• Document's configurations change and works closely with technical resources to coordinate technical development and testing for interface/configuration changes/bugs/data fixes
• Coordinate with business users and support data reconciliation/analysis
• Performs day to day - incident, mitigation and change management
• Performs root cause analysis for identified problems
• Collaborates with product vendor (Oracle) through support channels to resolve product issues

Oracle ERP products include Oracle Cloud SaaS, EBS, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards.

Professionals can expect to deliver "heart of the business" projects and work closely with client leaders in finance, logistics, manufacturing, shop floor, scheduling, engineering and design, IT, project management as well as the C-suite including the CEO, CFO, CIO and COO. We assess current business processes and capabilities as part of digital transformation initiatives and support strategic priorities across clients' enterprises.

Required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Oracle RMS Functional Knowledge (retail industry functional expertise)
• Inventory, Purchasing and Finance modules within RMS
• Working with Oracle development tools including PLSQL, SQL,
• Development with SQL and PL/SQL best practices including OA framework
• Working independently with limited general supervision.
• Technical Knowledge around the same modules
• Limited Sponsorship: Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
