Issues can include hardware, software, and network troubles. The starting wage is $13.50/hr. Your standard work week will be 1st or 2nd shift, 40 hours/wk, and may include weekends. All candidates are required to submit to a background check and drug screen.Education/Skillset Requirements:. High School diploma or GED Strong customer service skills Strong written and oral communication skills Passing score on a selected entry test.Desired Education/Experience:. Call Center experience Retail experience.Working hours: 4:30 AM - 10:00 PMSkills:To be successful in this position, you must- Desire to give excellent customer service in an inbound, inter-company call center- Familiarity with IT and hardware/software terms- Thinking creatively to solve issues- Ability to use less user-friendly software to achieve desired results (e.g., Mainframe)Education:High SchoolExperience:Entry LevelQualifications:Preferred qualifications:- CompTIA certificationEssential Functions:. Provide technical support via phones and/or other media, as required Complete and document all calls in the form of service tickets through resolution Escalate and monitor tickets through IS&S support layers to issue resolution Dispatch vendors or division contacts as required for on-site repairs Analyze and determine magnitude of incident, and escalate to management any identified trendsaffecting customers to reduce overall incidents Communicate technical analysis and resolution through written documentation withinknowledge base.
