We need skilled carpenters for a long-term 1099 contract doing various things in an apartment complex. Must have transportation and most of the required carpentry tools and a tool belt. We do mostly exterior work, but some interior work as it arises. The more, different experience you have in the trades, the better we seldom say that we can't do a particular job. We do a combination of demo, framing, siding, trim work, drywall, painting, and more.
