Our Commercial Remodelers works in crews providing nightly building repairs in several restaurant concepts primarily in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. Year Round Employment – majority of our work being inside and away from the elements. You will be traveling 90% of the time. Typical work scheduled Monday evening to Friday morning. Home weekends.
Qualified candidates will possess strong mechanical aptitude, solid knowledge, skills, and 10+ years' experience in commercial remodeling with a focus on providing high quality results for our customers while paying attention to the bottom line. Ideal candidates will possess strong Leadership, Crew Management and Communications Skills (written and verbal) as well as a Professional Appearance.
Candidates must have a Driver's License and a fairly Clean Driving Record and the ability to lift 50lbs. Pay based on skills and experience. Commercial experience preferred.
Leads earn $30 - $45 per hour and are provided a Company Vehicle for Crew Travel
Skilled Generalists earn $25- $30 per hour with opportunity for advancement

We provide building maintenance and remodeling services to commercial restaurants primarily in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky but also travel and work in Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and West Virginia.
