About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Field Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general handyman services, completing punch lists, and performing painting and drywall repairs. This role involves visiting residential and commercial job sites to complete scheduled work orders in a timely, professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete daily work orders as assigned (repairs, maintenance, and installations)
Perform handyman tasks such as minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, hardware installs, etc.
Execute punch list items on renovation or construction projects
Perform drywall patching, texturing, sanding, and painting (interior/exterior)
Conduct site assessments and provide material/tool needs
Ensure all work is completed to code and company standards
Communicate job status, issues, and progress with the office team
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
2+ years experience in handyman services, painting, and drywall
Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and repair techniques
Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Basic smartphone/computer skills for updating work orders
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with multi-family or property maintenance
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Own tools preferred but not required
