Requirements:
> Registered business
> General liability insurance (proof required)
> Workers comp insurance (preferred, not required)
> Reliable vehicle and all necessary equipment (ladders, blower, safety gear)
> Use of ladder pads, stabilizers, or other protective methods to avoid damage to gutters, siding, and landscaping
> Downspout flushing as part of service
> Ability to provide before & after photos for every job
> Strong communication skills and professional customer interaction
> Ability to work safely and efficiently on 1–3 story homes
> Reliable turnaround times and ability to service multiple Cincinnati zip codes
> You’re nice and friendly with customers
