Due to growth, Superalloy Manufacturing Solutions Corporation is seeking talented individuals to join their team as Hand Finishers in the Cincinnati, OH area.
If you have experience using hand-grinding equipment for benching, industrial polishing, auto body, woodworking, or other role requiring hand dexterity and attention to detail, they want to hear from you!

Room for growth There are two levels of the Hand Finishers, so there is a direct path up as you learn. Plus, you can become a specialist in your field, or even go into training, programming, or machining. If you have an interest to move beyond this role, the company will help you make that happen.
Impactful work You are working on critical components for commercial and military aircraft. Some of the parts you will work on are worth over $90K! And others will go into the exciting military aircraft like the F-22 Raptor!
Training and learning You will shadow a more experienced Finisher in the beginning, and then receive on the job training in each step of the process.
Great shop environment This is a comfortable and clean, climate-controlled facility.
Hours 2nd and 3rd shifts available, work week is Monday-Friday.
