Handyman PT helper, seeking experienced carpenter, trim, molding, cabinetry, etc. handyman teammate. Skills and experience completing various projects very helpful. Looking for someone comfortable with trim, molding, cabinetry, assembly, punch lists, interior door installs, to kitchen, bathroom remodels, building, refreshing decks, awnings, flooring, tile, and the like etc
Responsibilities:
- Ability to fulfill completed projects with quality involving carpentry, drywall, painting, deck repair and maintenance, bathroom and kitchen/basement remodeling, light electric - ceiling fans, light fixtures, plumbing bathroom, kitchen, tile, flooring ,trim, etc
- Believes in delivering quality results of finished work
- Promptly arrives to the job site ready to start, complete the job ahead
- Complete requested scope of work as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man/ craftsman, contractor or similar role.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Strong knowledge of general contracting techniques.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and team, returns calls.
