Hello. We're looking for a handyman to run maintenance for a 64 unit apartment community and a couple of small office buildings in Ft Thomas. General knowledge of all types of maintenance - plumbing, drywall, electric, painting, etc is required. If you are HVAC certified that would be even better, and earns a $5 bump in the hourly wage. Must be organized and have the ability to work unsupervised
This is a normally a full time position, and we can work with you to create a schedule that is good for what you've got going on + what works for the properties. If you prefer to work 30 to 40 hours per week (so you can do more side work) we can discuss that as well.
The starting pay range is $27/hour, but can increase based on your experience (+$5 extra if you have HVAC). It's a pretty easy, low stress position. If you need an apartment on-site, we can arrange for a rental discount. If not, we'd prefer that you live relatively close to Ft Thomas (30 minutes or less) in case there's an emergency.
