Justus Property Management is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to join
our growing team of property management professionals.
We are looking for a motivated individual with a positive, team-oriented attitude and the
ability to foster positive relationships.
Skills Required:
Basic Apartment Maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical, including various
building trades. Diagnoses and minor repair of HVAC-related issues. Property inspections,
unit turns, work orders, painting - interior/exterior, and janitorial work. Groundskeeping
will include snow removal as needed. Routine Preventative maintenance, repairs as
needed to all common areas, and units, as well as providing your own tools.
You must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, work independently, and have the ability
to lift and move heavy objects.
This position: Full-time, including on-call services to meet all the property’s needs.
License/Certifications: A plus
