Maintenance Technician (Handyman)
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our growing property management team. This role involves performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in primarily single-family homes across our portfolio.
Responsibilities Include:
Performing general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other common handyman tasks
Responding to scheduled work orders in a timely and professional manner
Communicating effectively with office staff and tenants when needed
Position Details:
Monday through Friday, 30–40 hours per week
Weekend work is available but optional
Fuel reimbursement provided
All materials are paid
You must have your own tools and a reliable truck
You will be on payroll as a W-2 employee – we handle all payroll taxes
Ideal Candidate:
A retired individual or someone not dependent on full-time work, but available for steady hours
Experienced in home maintenance trades and comfortable working independently
