Cincinnati Property Management Company seeking part time/ full time Maintenance / Project Manager.
Job Description: This person will be responsible for ongoing small and large projects at multiple buildings and properties we manage. They must have some construction skills and physical ability to fix and repair smaller type construction related items. For example, replacing light bulbs, light drywall repair, replacing lock sets, etc. There will be larger projects that require this individual to manage a project from start to finish. Including scheduling sub contractors, communicating with residents via phone and email, and submitting budget information to our bookkeeper.
This position would require about 20-30 hours per week - but can be flexible.
