We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Maintenance Technician to ensure the exceptional upkeep and functionality of our residential rental portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary resource for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure tenant satisfaction and preserve the integrity of our assets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, capable of managing a diverse workload autonomously while adhering to high quality and safety standards.
Task include but not limited to: Plumbing repairs, drywall repair, painting, door and window installation and repairs, flooring, pest control, unit inspections, snow removal.
Approved candidate will be required to perform drug and background screening.
