$18/Hour to start1099 pay format.
5-10 years minimum experience.
Good physical condition-able to set ladders and picks. ( for exterior of buildings )
NIGHT TIME HOURS 9PM-5AM Probably for two months, then move to normal daytime hours for the exterior of the buildings. MondayThursday 9pm5am Friday 6pm5am ( 43 hours PER WEEK of STEADY WORK )
Stripping wallpaper in offices, hallways, customer lounge, etc to prep and paint-a lot of skimming of drywall mud involved. ( You must have SKIMMING Experience ) Business is operating during the day-thus the NIGHT TIME HOURS
YOU MUST HAVE PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN BOTH MUDDING & PAINTING !
