Looking for a part time property maintenance person for a couple day a week. Must be good with general maintenance (light electrical/plumbing, drywall, painting, etc), have your own tools and reliable transport. You will work on your own schedule and be your own boss so it’s a 1099 position. Most of the work is in New Richmond/Bethel area but occasion work in Norwood. Pay weekly. Start immediately.
