Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing or HVAC Technician looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are hiring professionals to join our team and help replace old furnaces and water heaters with new energy efficient systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC equipment as well as be licensed in Cincinnati Ohio and be EPA certified This role requires a proactive approach to service and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in both residential and commercial settings.
Pay - $25-$30 with $1500 bonus

Responsibilities
Safely remove old furnaces and water heaters
Install and test new HVAC & Plumbing systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose installation issues
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all service operations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with helpers and other team members
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Requirements
Proven experience in plumbing and/or HVAC installation or similar role.
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
Experience in appliance repair and equipment repair is advantageous.
Must be EPA Certified
Must be HVAC/Plumbing Licensed in Cincinnati OH
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
