Our Project Manager is responsible for providing a timely response to our customers' building repair and remodeling needs throughout Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky, and beyond. We are looking for a team player who can develop strong relationships with the restaurants facility maintenance managers, store managers, our technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers and will follow multiple projects from start to finish in our fast paced environment. This position ensures projects are planned, scheduled, and staffed, and crews are prepared with the materials and equipment needed to get the job done right the first time. Customer communication includes facilities management and operation teams for multiple corporate customers and store operations.
This position also supervises the Service Scheduler.
The ideal candidate for our Project Management will have:
5+ years in project management/engineering experience
Solid Organizational and Planning Skills
Mechanical Aptitude and Strong Knowledge of Building Materials and the Building Trades
Exceptional Customer Service
Strong Written and Verbal Communications
Proficient Computer Skills including Microsoft Office experience and preferable QuickBooks Desk Top
Highly Dependable, Self-Motivated, the Ability to Multitask, and an eagerness to learn
Supervisory Skills
