Top pay is for the guys that want to be at the top. That position must have these basic qualifications:
-Truck
-Tools
-Trade Skills
-Communicate effectively throughout each day
Moderate, respectful daily pace (not grueling and not lazy).
Integrity and responsibilty is required.
Trim, doors, floors, framing, decks, railings, stairs, drywall, tile, demolition, etc. (Electric/hvac/plumb skills considered but not necessarily part of the job)
Full-time. 1099.
Overtime and weekends available after winter is finished.
