We’re looking for a retired electrician or holiday lighting installer who still loves the trade but would prefer to train others instead of doing the physical work.
Our company, specializes in residential and commercial holiday light installations around the Cincinnati area. We’re growing fast and need an experienced pro to train new contractors and installers on safety, efficiency, and proper lighting techniques.
What we’re looking for:
Prior experience with holiday lighting, electrical work, or exterior installations (residential or commercial)
Someone who enjoys teaching and sharing knowledge
Reliable, patient, and organized
Able to demonstrate and explain setup techniques (roofline lights, bushes/trees, columns, walkways, décor, etc.)
Local to Cincinnati or nearby areas
About the role:
Flexible part-time or consulting basis
Primarily focused on training and oversight, not active installs
Compensation based on experience (daily rate or per-training-session basis)
Ideal for someone semi-retired or seeking light, fulfilling work
