HILLS Properties is seeking a full-time Senior Maintenance Supervisor at our luxury apartment community, Island Club, in Maineville, Ohio!
As a Senior Maintenance Supervisor, you play a key role as team leader and team member; leading by example, developing associates and managing the needs of the asset and residents, all while upholding our reputation and high standards of customer service. The Senior Maintenance Supervisor position combines the typical duties of a Maintenance Supervisor role with additional responsibilities including:
Leading on-site maintenance team
Maintaining and elevating the community/asset
Managing/supporting the timely completion of all maintenance and turnover needs, in accordance with company standards
Manage successful vendor relationships
Training and development of associates
Building and maintaining customer loyalty and brand reputation
Assist the Director of Facilities Maintenance with capital expense and special projects
Assist other properties with maintenance projects and/or issues
Training and onboarding of new maintenance associates
Assist Director of Maintenance and Facilities and HPM Leadership team in other duties as assigned

Requirements:
HVAC certified
Have a minimum of 7 years residential property management maintenance supervisory experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
A keen eye for attention to detail for entire community
First- hand knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and small appliance repair required
Must have superior communication & customer service skills
On call hours required
