Position Summary
We are currently accepting applications for a Small Project Crew 2-3 members , a key role responsible for executing a wide range of tasks on smaller-scale construction and renovation projects. The successful candidate will be expected to perform work to a high professional standard, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction throughout every phase of the project.
Primary Responsibilities
Bathroom shower installation.
Execute various construction and renovation tasks, including but not limited to: framing, drywall, painting, flooring, finish carpentry, minor demolition, and installations
Assess job requirements and carry out work according to scope, schedule, and company standards
Interpret work orders, project plans, or technical specifications to complete assignments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization at job sites at all times
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and company policies
Interact respectfully and professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members
Collaborate with supervisors and project managers to ensure timely and successful project completion
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in general construction, renovation, or related trade work
Proficient in a variety of skilled trades (e.g., carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring); additional experience in electrical or plumbing is an asset
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a small team with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Own basic hand and power tools (preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
OSHA certification and familiarity with safety regulations are advantageous
