We are Seeking a sub-contractor to handle PLUMBING, ELECTRIC & CARPENTRY, TO NAME A FEW TRADES
Scope of work:
We text a job ticket with address and problem with the property. After you view the ticket, If you decide to take the service call your responsible to set up the appointment with the resident if occupied or we will provide the lockbox code. We pay for materials for each job and generally use Home Depot as our supplier
You as the subcontractor will bill your time at $25 per hour, text or email an invoice just like your other clients
