Subcontract Meter Reader Wanted

Location: Cincinnati, OH (And Surrounding Areas)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual as a 1099 independent contractor to read electric, gas, and water meters in the Cincinnati area. As a meter reader, this individual will be responsible for accurately recording readings and submitting them in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Read and record meter readings accurately and efferently in Microsoft Excel or a Manual Read APP.
Take photos of meters as needed.
Submit property read files through email and/or upload reads through the Manual Reads APP.
Work independently and manage your own schedule.
Communicate with our team as needed.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have a computer with Microsoft Office to include Excel.
Must have an iPhone or Android Smart Phone.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Must be organized and able to manage your own schedule.
Must have effective communication skills. Bilingual is a plus but not necessary.
Must invoice the company for work performed.
Compensation:
Pay varies and is based on the amount of time required on each property.
Invoices are paid twice monthly.
