We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual as a Full-Time Tire Technician in our Cincinnati, OH location.

In this role as a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for the dismounting, mounting, and balancing of all tires. Responsibilities also including the handling scrap (or take-off tires) and placing them neatly into the storage area as well as many miscellaneous duties that you will be directed to perform. Along with above responsibilities and duties you will also start being trained as a wheel repair technician where you can make $20 plus an hour. We are looking for someone with a “can-do” attitude that has the desire to go above and beyond the requirements set forth in the job description.

Responsibilities include:

Properly dismount and remount tires onto wheels without damaging either

Operate all related equipment and tools as trained

Operate independently and as a team member

Adhere to all safety requirements and perform job duties as described

Fulfill company philosophy and goals

Requirements of the position:

High School Diploma or GED

Prior knowledge of tire-related equipment and tools a plus

Self-starter and can work independently

Ability to lift a minimum of 45 pounds and perform repetitive movements consistent with the tire industry

Valid driver’s license

Must pass a background check and drug screen

Ability to work evenings
