TVA Logistics is a growing courier/expediting business celebrating our 6th year in business! We are in need of contractors who own sprinter-type vehicles, transit vans or cargo vans to do expedited hot shot loads for our business, daily, from the Cincinnati area. We are also in need of a few box trucks to handle the larger deliveries that can't fit into a cargo van. All the expedited loads originate out of and around the Cincinnati Ohio area, around the I-275 loop.
Experience doing expedited delivery work is preferred. Must be clean, dependable, reliable and punctual (on time).
Our business is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Most of our work is on demand, meaning once a run is called in, drivers have a 30 min window to get to the pickup point to pick the load and then and go deliver it.
Great pay (weekly) with direct deposit is our method of payment. Pay is at an accumulated rate which averages between $1.65 to $2.00 per loaded mile plus a fuel surcharge is added to each order to help with the fuel costs.
All contractors will communicate with us and our customers in real time using our company app on your personal device which is required for completing all deliveries. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. All drivers are responsible for the fuel needed to complete the deliveries plus providing the proper insurance coverage and other pertinent documents prior to beginning. You must also supply your own vehicle as we do not have vehicles to lease.
