Cottman Transmission, an Eastside transmission and general repair shop with a great 20 year reputation (4.7 Star Google rating) wants to add a new full-time transmission R&R tech team member. You must have 5 plus years of recent experience removing and replacing auto and light truck transmissions of all kinds. Experience rebuilding transmissions is not necessary.
You must have good enough computer skills to do internet searches to help with diagnosing issues and with scan tools. Knowledge of AllData & Identifix is a plus.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. ASE certifications and general repair experience are a plus.
Five-day work week, M-F, 8 hours per day, no weekends.
The hourly wage rate of $25-$36 per hour will be based on experience, paid weekly.
