Signal Partners is an executive search firm based in California. We help investors build out great management teams for their companies. One of the key parts of our work is putting together candidate summaries for our clients. We are wanting to hire a contractor partner to help us with this part of the process.
Here is an overview:
1. We would pass on interview notes and a resume;
2. Our assistant would take the information from our notes, along with the resume, and fill out a candidate summary doc appropriately. Besides writing skills, it's also important that someone just has good business sense. Having that sense of what's important, extraneous and how to put the appropriate information into the appropriate sections while writing the info in the correct style.
