Full-Time Full-Charge Bookkeeper/Accounting Position
Our company is currently seeking a Full-time Bookkeeper/Accountant. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing all aspects of financial records for our primary & affiliated companies.
Responsibilities:
· Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
· Compute and record numerical data
· Check the accuracy of business transactions
· Perform data entry and administrative duties
· Monthly reconciliations (bank & credit card accounts)
· Bank deposits, online banking (ACH, wire payments), online bill payments
· AR & AP
· Expense reporting - expense report verification & processing
· Weekly payroll & quarterly payroll tax reporting
· Day to day bookkeeping & filing
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping or Finance required
· Accounting/Bookkeeping degree or wide accounting/bookkeeping experience
· Fundamental knowledge of and work experience with QuickBooks
· Strong organizational & communication skills are essential
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Deadline and detail-oriented, with exceptional follow-through
· Experience in Microsoft 365 (Excel and Word).
