Select Insurance Services Agency is seeking a dedicated, LICENCED (Property or Casualty license), EXPERIENCED Customer Success Manager to join our family-like team. This role is pivotal in enhancing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction with our tailored insurance services.
Responsibilities
Manage and resolve client claims
Implement policy changes
Generate new business quotes
Oversee client accounts and remarket when necessary
Set clear retention goals
Provide customer assistance with our services and software
Develop training materials for departmental use
Address and resolve customer complaints
Engage and grow our product’s fan base
Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services
Qualifications
Property or Casualty license
3-5 years in a customer service or success role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Technical proficiency related to our products and services
Demonstrated organizational and accountability skills
Proven experience in managing and training diverse teams
Ability to set and achieve milestones
Expertise in process optimization within Customer Success
