We at Multicraft are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a DTF Printer Operator.
Main responsibilities:
Set up files for printing, ensuring proper formatting and specifications are met.
Perform daily printer cleaning and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot minor issues and perform calibrations as needed to maintain smooth operation.
Proactively maximize print job efficiency while upholding quality and timeliness standards.
Monitor print quality in real-time and plan upcoming jobs, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities.
Maintain color consistency by making adjustments as necessary, ensuring vibrant and accurate prints.
Other responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers.
Efficiently enter orders into our system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service and printing operations preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with team members and customers.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
