I need people who can simply drive around looking for homes that need a roof. I will train you what to look for.
You need a car and I will cover your gas.
You will keep track of where I send you and the streets you look at.
Once you see a roof you have two options. I will supply flyers.
1. Just drop off my flyer. If they call me, they will be calling to set an appointment, for every appointment I set I will pay you $25. even if they do not buy anything. If they buy I will pay you $200.00.
2. Knock on door, no one home leave flyer. If home explain my flyer and book an appointment.
I will train you, show you how to do it, and give you my schedule. Or you can call me, put me on the phone with them and I will set the appointment.
If they just call from the flyer you left them you get the $25. If they buy from flyer left you get the $200.00.
If you set an appointment, then I will pay you $50 for each appointment and $300.00 per sale.
If you are sharp, and really responsible and willing to work, I will pay you for your time until I start getting calls.
It will not take you long to set an appointment if you are willing to do that option.
This would be perfect for a stay at home mom, disabled vet, or a retired senior.

That $500 per week is a low estimate. Set me 10 apts a week and it's $1000 and I will sell one for another $300.
