We are looking for a qualified Estimator with a strong background in the concrete/façade restoration industry to join a growing team in the Cleveland, OH, area. Our ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates excellent communication skills, is highly organized, is a great problem solver, is very efficient, and has strong attention to detail & time management.
[Duties ]
Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and proposals to determine accurate cost estimates
Prepare and present cost estimates and detailed project budgets to management and clients for commercial construction projects.
Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and vendors to secure the best value for the company and clients
[Requirements ]
Minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree in construction management, or a related field
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience as a commercial construction estimator and be knowledgeable in the masonry restoration field
Proficient in construction estimating software

Pay Rage: $85k to $100k + annual bonus opportunity
