Description We are on the hunt for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in the Manufacturing industry, situated in CLEVELAND, Ohio. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you'll play a crucial role in handling account reconciliation, billing, and cash applications, ensuring the smooth running of our accounts receivable processes. This is a direct hire position with standard business hours, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. They do need a candidate with strong Accounts Receivable experience. Responsibilities: Analyzing Accounts Receivable (AR) and providing critical insights Processing and maintaining customer credit applications with precision Ensuring accurate billing and resolving customer inquiries promptly Utilizing Microsoft Excel for maintaining and updating customer credit records Monitoring customer accounts proactively and taking necessary actions Implementing cash applications and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.They do offer a full benefits package: medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401K, paid holidays, sick days, and a wonderful team. Holds a relevant role as an Accounts Receivable Clerk. Proficient in Account Reconciliation procedures. Demonstrable experience with Accounts Receivable (AR). Skilled in Billing procedures and protocols. Proficient in Cash Applications. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to use advanced formulas and functions. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
